It is a quest game with puzzles. There are several rooms (in your mind) you need to go through. In every room there is a drug to heal some fear. Need to do some actions to reveal this drug. When you will collect all drugs you get out-of-body experience due the trance in the game. Solve a puzzle in every room. You can take some thing in inventory and then apply to other thing in room.
