Hobo is in heaven now, he's here because he killed the Satan in the previous game. But Hobo is unwelcome in this peaceful place and the angels there are trying to chasing him away out of the heaven. Hobo have to fight for his rights, even if he must deal with the god himself. If you don't know Hobo, he’s a man with no fear at all, he will use his deadly fist, devastating kicks and destroyer combos to eliminate everything that stand on his way.
