Emma needs your help to find the secret deed and restore her late uncle's house. The town's mayor is trying to get the house back, so it is important to find the missing deed. Emma will also need money to bring the house back to life. She has to start by cleaning up the place, putting things back in place and sorting through all kinds of stuff. Along the way, she will discover treasures, important documents and much more. To raise money, she will hold a garage sale to buy new furniture and decorations for the place.
